Nagaland ranks third most literate state in country

Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio announced that the state has achieved a 95.7% literacy rate, ranking third in India after Kerala and Mizoram. Speaking at Teachers' Day celebrations, Rio credited teachers and policymakers for this progress from a mere 21.95% at statehood.
