Search on to trace drowned PhD scholar
A second-year NIT Rourkela PhD scholar, Dipesh Kumar Pradhan, 27, drowned at Ghoghar Kanakund on Saturday. While bathing in the Ib river with friends, he slipped on a rock and was swept away. Fire service and ODRAF teams are continuing their search for the missing student.
