Eviction drive at Dohikata tomorrow to free 1143 bighas
Assam's forest department, with district administration support, will conduct a large-scale eviction drive at Dohikota Reserve Forest on November 9-10. Over 1,143 bighas encroached by 588 non-tribal families will be cleared, continuing the state's campaign against illegal settlements and CM Sarma's "zero tolerance" policy.
